Building Invesnity’s Simulated Investment Portfolio (Initial phase)
Led the research and created an end-to-end buy-sell transaction recording space for investors to track and manage both real and simulated portfolios before entering the trading market. Simplified stock analysis and investment planning into a seamless experience, helping to attract more users to the platform.

Researched and designed both UX and UI for web, tablet, and mobile wireframes for the full project within a week. This feature helps users track their selected stocks and view both announced and estimated earnings, along with stock suggestions from the platform.

RESEARCH STRATEGY
Being a human-centered designer isn’t just about straightforward design; it’s all about discovering and understanding people. To do this, knowing when to choose the right research strategy is crucial to me. Here are the research frameworks I’ve worked on and led to uncover findings and insights into people’s experiences:
Service Design Blueprint
For the initial launch of IRM, I led a service design blueprint workshop with my team and stakeholders (IR team, AE, Accountant, HR, PM, PO, and CEO) to make sure everyone was aligned on the end-to-end process for customer acquisition and retention.

Customer Journey Mapping
The mapping was used for Invesnity’s Portfolio and IRM to provide an overview and uncover insights throughout the complete user journey (recording and tracking investments for Portfolio, and managing investor data and communication for IRM) both before and after the design ideation phase.

As part of product and user research, I analyzed both direct and indirect competitors in the market and compared them against the company’s business SWOT. The goal was to define our business direction and highlight the unique value of the Portfolio feature.
